If you’ve been working out hard but not getting the results you want, I want to help you figure out why.

Training with me is an educational experience. I think of every client that works with me as a “student”. Each “lesson” is meant to empower you to learn what you need to do to get to where you want!


Health is ultimately about taking responsibility for yourself.

Be prepared to take YOUR health and fitness into your own hands. I can guide you but it’s up to you to put in the effort.

In the gym, my goal is to make sure you’re exercising properly. But as a coach, I know that lifestyle modifications are critical for lasting health/fitness. There’s 23 other hours in the day. What/how you do, think and eat may matter more than time in the gym depending on your goals.

If you want to train with me, I only ask that you truly take responsibility for yourself. This means you’re able to work out on your own & willing to change lifestyle habits.

Each program begins with a Functional Movement Screen (FMS): a systematic assessment of 7 fundamental movements which are key to efficient, pain-free human movement.

The FMS exposes weak-links and imbalances and lets me design an individualized exercise program that won’t hurt you. People come to me with underlying/unknown pain and dysfunction, which not only compromises performance, but reduces training results and increases risk of injury.

By customizing your workout based on your individual needs, you’ll get the most out of your exercise routine.

I specialize in post-rehabilitation through functional training by helping people move better pain-free. My workouts are short, fast and to the point. I’ve worked with clients who’ve had the following conditions:

  • Knee pain & post-reconstruction
  • Chronic low back pain & sciatica
  • Neck & shoulder pain from forward head posture & inactivity

I do NOT diagnose. I’m not a chiro or physical/massage therapist (at least not yet), but I do work hand in hand with them & refer out when necessary.

The focus is on function. Identifying and correcting dysfunctions in the body’s systems is the key to regaining health & performance.
